ClanRules

(Rule #1)

This is not a Democracy. This Clan is run by the Lead 5, their word is law.
Respect will be shown at ALL times. There is no exception to this rule.
Disregard for Rule #1 will result in swift disciplinary action.

(Rule #2)

All new recruits are required to run THE GAUNTLET. All members are required to use MSN / Steam 
A valid email is also a PLUS. All members must check in at least every 30 days in order to remain an active member.

(Rule #3)

Confidentiality is a MUST. What is said within the clan stays in the clan.
We talk about many things in the clan; Loyalty, Commitment, and Respect are
the most needed attributes a member can have. Skill comes with time.

(Rule #4)

Chain of Command is as follows:
<CL> = Clan Leaders
<CLA> = Clan Leader Assistants
<LA> = Lead Admins
<S> = Supervisors
Members
 

(Rule #5)

We work on a 3 Strike System. Above and beyond verbal and written warnings, this system serves as the main disciplinary tool employed by this clan. Suspension and demotion are also actions that may be employed previous to or during the Strike process. All disciplinary action is either implemented by the Clan Leaders or by Lead 5 majority vote.

Strike 1 is put someone on notice that their conduct is unacceptable.
Strike 2 is final notice that conduct in question is not only unacceptable, but will no longer be tolerated.
Strike 3 is final notice that membership is being revoked.

(Rule #6)

<<{BLS}>> is an non-cheating clan. We do not accept those that have been caught cheating before into our ranks, and immediately expel any members that are caught cheating. End of story.

(Rule #7)

We are serious about our reputation in the gaming community. Anyone wearing our tags will conduct themselves in a matter that encourages respect for <<{BLS}>>. This also means that there will be no accusing players of cheating without proof. If you suspect someone, and don't know how to look into it, contact someone in the chain of command mentioned in Rule #4.

(Rule #8)

<<{BLS}>> believes that it is not the other player's job to play a certain way to make you a better player. This includes camping, spawn harassment, and the use of M203's. We let people play the way that they want to in order to maxximize their killing potential, and if how people play will be an issue with you then <<{BLS}>> is not right for you. Continued put downs concerning how people play, whether towards members or non members, will result in disciplinary actions and possible termination.

(Rule #9)

 Members are required to wear the <<{BLS}>> tags while in games that we support and are asked to have their game name listed on their MSN. Under no circumstances are members to wear any other tags or have membership in any other clan in games that we support.

(Rule #10)

 Members are considered to be your brothers/sisters. Disrespect towards another member will call for disciplinary action. Disrespectful items will be at the discretion of the Lead 5. This means anything within the <<{BLS}>> world - NOX - FORUMS - WEBSITE - GAME SERVERS.

If you see fit to put someone down or to completely disrespect a CLAN MEMBER, then we will see fit to issue proper punishment. If you want to be rude and ignorant to someone then do it in private, on MSN or a separate channel in NOX. Any PUBLIC displays of this nature will not be tolerated. This is a CLAN and IS CONTROLLED.
